Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Could you please tell me when and how did the problem occur?

Customer Replay

It seemed to be working then on zoom no mic was found. I went into my system and no mic in the device input.

Got it, and what troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

The general system checks which said the audio is fine.

Is anything else you have done?
