Samsung c460 missing toner

With the original toner the printer started showing that msg,but a new toner,suposedly compatible,shows the same msg

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
Have you tried a hard reset of your printer?

Hard power off, then pressing the wakeup button for 15 seconds, than power on. Didn't work

toner door shuts perfectly, contacts look clean to the eye

Please do the following:
1) Remove the toner cartridge and shake it from side-to-side to redistribute the tone
2) Push the power button until the LED light turns off.
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer and leave the printer unplugged for at least five to 10 minutes.
4) Plug the printer back in.
5) Press and hold the stop button for two to three seconds until the demo page begins to print.

connecting power back should be done after reinserting the toner, right?
