Put new ink into hp envy 5530 but still it ask for new replaced ink

What troubleshooting have you done to your HP Envy 5530 printer so far?

*****, are you using HP genuine ink cartridges or refilled ink cartridges?

Let’s try this to clear the cartridge error:

  1. Open the cartridge access door and pull a cartridge out of its slot.
  2. Slide the cartridge back into its color-coded slot until it stops.
  3. Repeat these steps to remove and reinsert the other cartridges.
  4. Close the door to the cartridge access area.
