just checked to make sure all 4 ink holders? whatever u call them are full

Please follow these steps to power cycle your printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 1 minute.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
6. Turn the printer on.

am 80 years old and computer challenged so do not know correct terms will plug all back into proper place

Let’s try to remove and then reinstall your printer. To do this, please press Windows key + I to open Settings. Go to Devices > Printers & scanners. Select your printer, click Remove device, then click Yes.
Next, click Add a printer or scanner. Follow the wizard through to connect the printer back to your computer.
