Needing to access my samsung phone as i've forgotten my pin

i've tried find my mobile unfortunatly it says can't unlock your phone. Remote unlock is off

As for Galaxy 8+ it's said that you can restore your info from the backup files.

tried that on find my mobile had no luck wasn't able to
reserched alot of softwares to try not to loose data will resetting no luck or have to buy witch i don't have the money to that either

I believe, that if you have an access to it (but no Unlock), there should be backup data on the cloud.

And, in this situation, the only available way is to do a hard reset.
After resetting your Samsung you can find one in the settings.

  1. Turn Off Your phone by holding down the Power button and hit the Power Off option on the screen. Your phone will turn off.
  2. Access Recovery Mode
    With the phone off, press the Volume Up, Bixby, and Power buttons simultaneously. Keep holding until
    you see the Android recovery logo.
  3. Navigate down to Factory Reset using the volume rockers and press Power to confirm.
  4. Choose Yes to initiate hard reset.
  5. Choose Reboot System Now when it’s done. Your Galaxy S8 or S8+ is now back to the factory settings and you can restore it from the backup files.

  1. To perform a hard shut down, press the Power and Volume down buttons togetherfor 6-10 seconds.
  2. Leave the Volume Down and power button as you feel your phone vibrate, hold the Volume Up button.
  3. Your device will enter Recovery Mode.
  4. Choose Power off at the end of the list. Confirm by pressing the Power key.

  1. Hold the volume down + power buttons for 10-15 seconds, until you feel it vibrate. The galaxy will then show a system menu with instructions how to use the menu.
  2. Use the volume down button to move the selection down to the "Power down" choice.
  3. Use the Bixsby button to select/confirm "Power down".

when i click on wireless it gives me a pin says Open smart swtch on your old galaxy and enter the pin shown below

I believe, if you have a usb cable and computer, you should try that one.
In wireless way you should have this app.
