Need help with moving my norton 360 from my stand alone computer to my laptop

Sign in to your Norton account here: https://my.norton.com/extspa/devices/
On the Device Security page, identify the device that you no longer want to protect.
If you do not see the device, click the View History link at the bottom of the device list to see your older inactive devices. If you still do not see the device, the device may be associated with a different account.
Click the More options icon available below the device and in the menu that appears, click Manage License.
In the Manage Licenses page, select Remove License and then click Yes to confirm.
Once you remove a license from a device, the device is no longer protected and is removed from the Device Security page.
To install the protection on a new device, click Install Now.
Do one of the following: To install on another device using a download link, click Send a Download Link and follow the on-screen instructions
You can also sign in to your account from the new device and click Download.
