My TV is showing a black screen but I hear the movie

Can i ask you to follow this instruction

  1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet or the wall (whichever is more accessible).
  2. Hold the power button on the side of the TV down for 3-5 seconds.
  3. Plug the TV's power cord back in, and power on the TV.

Verify the cord is securely connected to the video device and the TV. If a cord comes loose it could cause a display issue.

  1. Press the Menu button on your VIZIO remote, then choose 'Picture'.
  2. The top option will be 'Picture Mode'.
  3. Try toggling between different picture modes.
