My printer HP Envy 6032 is not working

but I am using wireless connection
- To start your HP printer must be powered off, if it is not just press the Power Button once to Turn Off ENVY 6032.
- Next, open Cartridge Access Door and keep it that way.
- Now, press both the Wi-Fi Button and Power Key located on the backside of HP ENVY 6032.
- Hold it for 3 seconds.
- Factory reset is complete, when HP printer restarts it will be ready to work.
