My printer HP Envy 6032 is not working

How do I reset it?

Short summary:

  1. Ensure your HP printer is powered off. If it's already powered on, press the Power Button once to turn off the HP ENVY 6032.
  2. Open the Cartridge Access Door and keep it open.
  3. Locate the Wi-Fi Button and Power Key on the backside of the HP ENVY 6032.
  4. Press and hold both the Wi-Fi Button and Power Key simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  5. Wait for the HP printer to restart. Once it restarts, it will be ready to work, indicating that the factory reset is complete.
  6. If you haven't already, try unplugging your printer and wait for about a minute.
  7. Plug the printer back in.

  1. To start your HP printer must be powered off, if it is not just press the Power Button once to Turn Off ENVY 6032.
  2. Next, open Cartridge Access Door and keep it that way.
  3. Now, press both the Wi-Fi Button and Power Key located on the backside of HP ENVY 6032.
  4. Hold it for 3 seconds.
  5. Factory reset is complete, when HP printer restarts it will be ready to work.

Hey you could try doing a hard reset. Just unplug the thing, wait a couple of minutes, and then plug it back in. Sometimes that does the magic

Ugh, I did everything exactly as you said, but my printer still didn't reset properly. It's so annoying when instructions don't do the trick. Any other ideas?
