My OPPO phone is in talk back mode. How d i get out of it?

Short summary:

  1. Press and hold both volume keys for 3 seconds to turn off TalkBack.
  2. If the screen is still frozen, hold the On/Off button and the top volume key to reboot the phone.
  3. Wait a few minutes for the screen to unfreeze.
  4. Swipe the screen with two fingers to unlock it.
  5. Tap on the settings icon and look for "Accessibility" or "TalkBack."
  6. Disable TalkBack or turn it off.
  7. Exit the settings menu and ensure that the phone is functioning normally.

Press and hold On/Off. Simultaneously, press and hold the Top volume key until your phone turns off. Press On/Off to turn on your phone again.

it says on the screen to Swipe up to unlock like it always does but there is a green box around it and it won't unlock.
