My OPPO phone is in talk back mode. How d i get out of it?

I was on my OPPO phone and somehw got into Talk Back tutorial and cant get out, It won;t let me do anything.

it says on the screen to Swipe up to unlock like it always does but there is a green box around it and it won't unlock.
