I have unplugged and canceled printing and fixed a jam, but it still says Error and light are flashing

There is a flying envelop, an E then the 0 ! and the i light and the lite next to ink indicator is flashing

Yes . I changed a black one this morning. The number was 67/305 and the empty one was just 67.

I am trying to get the copier rehooked to insta ink, but my school tech guy has to give me the password and Im not sure it allowed. thats what the main issue is.
It appears that the link may be not compatible, that's why the issue could appear

If I get another 67 from wal mart that should do it? Until I get rehooked to insta ink.
If you are using Insta ink, that should be used. You can try using another one so that these two would be the same, but I cannot guarantee it will work 100%
