Please uninstall and reinstall the software's COMPLETE features, following these steps:
1. download and save the software's COMPLETE features (do not install online)
http://support.HP.com/us-en/drivers
Before you download, select your printer model correctly, the operating system, and the software features FULL.
2 uninstall the software from your computer
3. install the FULL feature software "saved".
