My Epson WF 3720 doesnt want to print it read paper out cassett
Short summary:
Step 1: Disconnect and reconnect the printer:
- Detach the printer’s power cord while it’s still on.
- Wait for about 30-60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the outlet.
Step 2: Clean the printer rollers:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cable and disconnect any connected cables.
- Remove both paper cassettes.
- Place the printer on its right side.
- Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the cassette rollers. Gently rotate the rollers to clean them completely.
- Return the printer to its normal position and insert the paper cassettes back.
Step 3: Check for paper jams:
- If there is any paper jam, open up the printer and carefully remove the jammed paper.
Step 4: Update the firmware (optional):
- If a firmware update is available, you can update it from the printer settings.
Step 5: Test printing:
- Close the printer and try to print something. Make sure there are no error messages and the paper feeds properly.
