My Epson WF 3720 doesnt want to print it read paper out cassett

I aligned the paper

Short summary:

Step 1: Disconnect and reconnect the printer:

  • Detach the printer’s power cord while it’s still on.
  • Wait for about 30-60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the outlet.

Step 2: Clean the printer rollers:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cable and disconnect any connected cables.
  • Remove both paper cassettes.
  • Place the printer on its right side.
  • Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the cassette rollers. Gently rotate the rollers to clean them completely.
  • Return the printer to its normal position and insert the paper cassettes back.

Step 3: Check for paper jams:

  • If there is any paper jam, open up the printer and carefully remove the jammed paper.

Step 4: Update the firmware (optional):

  • If a firmware update is available, you can update it from the printer settings.

Step 5: Test printing:

  • Close the printer and try to print something. Make sure there are no error messages and the paper feeds properly.
