Re-start the system and keep tapping F2, run a complete system test and that would tell you whether there are any hardware failure's.
Please let me know the results of the test to proceed further

A password reset fixes almost every type of sign in problem.
If your email is linked to an ATT.com account, you can also sign in on ATT.com and reset your password there. After resetting your password, if you're still having problems, try clearing the cache and cookies and relaunch your browser

Customer Replay

unable to reset password because it requires me to access email

Tap - forgot password
Instead of entering your email and follow the onscreen instructions
Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, ATT'll let you know where they sent it.
Create your new password.

Okay, I think that took care of it.
