likewise

In your case, Mint doesn't take care of disconnecting you from Verizon.

You'll need to cancel services with Verison yourself

Customer Replay

how can i do it without losing my phone # ?

Do you want to keep the same number?

Customer Replay

by all means

Oh, in that case, you don't need to cancel your services, you need to follow the transfer procedure.
So, basically, you can easily transfer your current number to Mint Mobile from Verizon during activation

  1. Make sure your Verizon account remains active until the number transfers to Mint.
  2. You’ll need your Verizon billing address (with ZIP code), and account number to transfer the number over
  3. You’ll need to request a Number Transfer Pin from Verizon. You can request the Number Transfer Pin online or by dialing #PORT from your smartphone
  4. Using the Number Transfer Pin and your Verizon account number, you can authorize Mint Mobile to transfer your phone number over during plan activation

Let me know if any of the steps are not quite clear.
I'll be happy to clarify them for you!

great. so if i sign up for 3 month unlimited, do i get 3 months free on top of that??

Not exactly, *****. Mint offers the first three months of the Unlimited Plan for $30 a month. After that, to continue with the $30 rate, you'll need to pay for 12 months in advance or $360 for the coming year.

I'm ok with that. thank you

👍
