I put on my Amazon Kindle this morning and cannot get to my Home page

Try to turn it off, wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on.

They are: Arrow, circle and square, right?
No, I've got an On/Off and volume up and down
Do you have any buttons on the screen?
Like these in the picture.
On the screen I have a house with up and down arrows, a padlock and some labels

that just leads to Device Dashboard to manage my devices
