Please note, there is a way to factory reset your phone, to unlock it, but this action will wipe your data.
What do you think?
Customer Reply

Please follow these steps:

2- Keep holding on the volume down and power keys together for a few seconds in your Konka . In some devices, according to the Android version, the combination can be the power key and the volume key up.

Please in order to insert it follow the instructions:
1. First of all, power off KONKA.
2. Then locate the SIM card tray on your KONKA. You should recognize it by a small hole for the eject tool.
3. Insert a SIM removal tool into the hole of the SIM card tray to release the tray. A paper clip or a pushpin can be used instead of a SIM removal tool if you don't have one.
Please let me know when it's done
