Nice to meet you, *****!
When does it happen?
Happened once when I was using an Fn key. I cannot turn it off or on. Nothing can be seen on screen
Do you press only Fn key or combination?
Fn plus another f key but I am unsure which
Can you give me a model laptop?
Where can I find it on the case?
Check under the laptop.
Model np750oxda
Try to use a combination of FN and F4.
Nothing. No response with power button
I left the computer unplugged and recharged it again no response at all when trying to turn it on.
Please, try to Press Ctrl + Win + Shift + B
No response. It is difficult to tell if the computer is switched on. Nothing on screen, no noise.
When you are trying to charge it, do you see any light indicators, which it is charging?
To my great surprise after pressing the start button twice. the computer has started. !!!!
Perfect!
I ran the battery down and then charged it colour went from red to blue.
Is the screen working now?
yes. Any idea why?

Is there anything else I can do for you today?
but do you think the key combination you suggested did anything?
Yes, it might be the case.
This is a combination to reset the video driver

I'm glad everything works now!

The solution that had helped you before, didn't work now?
I have sound but no picture
Have you tried pressing Fn + F9 again?
good idea! It is working.
Perfect!
