I have not received an email on my iPhone

Short summary:

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail.
  2. Tap on the email account that is experiencing the issue.
  3. Tap on "Delete Account" to remove the account from your device.
  4. Go back to Settings > Mail and tap on "Add Account."
  5. Choose "Outlook" and enter your @hotmail.com email address.
  6. Follow the prompts to add the account back to your device.
  7. Once added, your emails should start syncing again.

I look d at my husbands phone to make sure all my settings were ready right and have reset phone. My daughter was trying to get a sound on my phone for when I got a message. I don’t think I’ve had emails since. She said she did not go into email

  3. Tap Accounts
  4. From the 'ACCOUNTS' section, tap an email account
  5. Tap Delete Account

When you open Settings -> Mail -> Accounts you should see the "Add Account" button. Do you see it?
