My sons apple phone won’t charge i called my phone carrier and we tried everything it wont turn on to show it being charged and i even tried to use a wireless charger and also the regular charge

my phone company said it is under warranty through apple

*****, you would need to plug your charging cable into a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on a computer that's on and not in sleep mode. Don’t use the USB ports on your keyboard.
You might need to charge for up to an hour.

i have their is nothing
when i touch the down and shut off button i feel it vibrate but thats all

Please, try to do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
