I am trying to set up my new lenova laptop and have got as far as settijg up my network connection but cldn't connect and when i closed to try again it disappeared from the list.
Do you see other networks in the Wi-Fi list?

Could you please try to restart your laptop and Wi-Fi router?

To turn off your PC in Windows 10, select the Start button, select the Power button, and then select Shut down.
I have turned off at the power but the screen just goes black
My network has appeared.
