Could you, please, tell me if there is any HDMI cord connected to the TV?

Customer Replay

The television is connected to a home entertainment center and there is a Apple TV along with a cable TV so I don’t know if that means there is an HDMI cord into the television but probably so

Go to the left menu to access the Settings.
Access the Support option.
Go to Self Diagnosis.
Then choose Reset the Smart Hub.
