Press and hold the. Side button. and. Volume down button. until the 'Power off' prompt appears then release.
Tap. Restart.
To confirm, tap Restart. Allow up to 30 seconds for the reset to complete.
instead of tapping restart i tapped power off

i just typed in what you said to and a blank screen popped up and said to enter url

To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

I need a screenshot to see this window in Google play.
Press the Side key. At the same time, press and hold the lower part of the Volume key and keep them both pressed to take a screenshot. The picture is saved in the phone gallery.
