Any that come on email so I can delete the ones I don't want and save the important ones . I am on emessages.

You can delete emails you don't need in the emails app.
Tell me please what is the app, so I will send you the instruction on how to do it.

To delete emails:

Open Mail and go to your Inbox.
Tap Edit in the upper-right corner, then individually select the emails that you want to delete, or tap Select All. To select multiple emails quickly, swipe down through the checkboxes.
Tap Trash or Archive. If you only see Archive, touch and hold Archive to see other options like Trash Selected Messages.
