I am having problems synchronising my Fitbit to my iPhone

Screen tells me to download app but I already have the app on my phone

To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Ok, I see. Try to get the update for your Versa 3 and check if it is still in that state. If yes, in the menu of Versa 3 you should check for Disconnect or Unpair options to remove them from your Fitbit app, and then you should set them up as a new device from your profile menu.
