Just changed because I was getting the lines. Then I changed again this morning

After you changed them, does the issue persist?

Customer Replay

Yes

Understood! Have you changed also the color cartridge?

Customer Replay

I changed the yellow cartridge this morning also and it got worse

Top answer

Please check if any or all of your color cartridges have a pristine green-looking roller on the bottom or if they look more tan or yellow and scratched around the circumference.

Yellow and red look good. The blue one does look good
No the blue does not look good

Top answer

Could you, please, change this cartridge and check if the issue persists.

Customer Replay

It is recalibrating

Understood!

Why would the blue effect black and white printing

The problem is that the color cartridges, while not used very much in your everyday printing, can become physically worn out.

Customer Replay

Lines are gone

Perfect!
