It's possible that the chip has poor connectivity with the printer (i.e. possible ink residue on chip contacts. You can try to clean the chip’s surfaces with a damp towel).
Also, please tell me if you have HP Smart installed on your PC.
Clean didn't solve it. Don't have HP smart
Cleaned the on computer side of the contacts
