HP8600 gives replace depleted cartridge message

Tried 3 new HP black cartriges and get the same message.

Short summary:

  1. Ensure that you are using the correct cartridge model for your HP printer.
  2. Check the connectivity of the cartridge chip by cleaning its surfaces with a damp towel.
  3. Install HP Smart on your PC if it's not already installed.
  4. Check the ink levels on your printer by accessing the Ink Level icon in the printer settings.

Changed cartridges 3 times new. turned Printer off for a minute and rebooted.

Thanks.
It's possible that the chip has poor connectivity with the printer (i.e. possible ink residue on chip contacts. You can try to clean the chip’s surfaces with a damp towel).
Also, please tell me if you have HP Smart installed on your PC.

Clean didn't solve it. Don't have HP smart
Cleaned the on computer side of the contacts
