I cannot do anything from recommended. It looks live and reacting on sounds I produce. Appeared couple of hours ago.

May you tell me what device you using, please?

Thank you!
The wake-up microphone icon on Mac's screen indicates that the computer's microphone is active and being used. To remove the icon, you can turn off the microphone or close the application that is using it.
You can turn off the microphone by going to "System Preferences" and selecting "Sound".
Then, click on the "Input" tab and select "Internal Microphone" and set the input volume to 0.
If you are not sure which app is using the microphone, you can open "Activity Monitor" and select the "Audio" tab. The process that is using the microphone will be listed here and you can close it.
Please, notify me if the issue is fixed.

Level of input to zero did not help. Activity monitor screenshot I am enclosing. What should I switch off?

Does not help

Maybe there is any program that can use a Microphone that you did not use now, please?
Customer Reply
I am not using any program with microphone activity. That is my concerns. It appeared by itself.

Please, try to pause Voice Control and stop it from listening, say “Go to sleep” or click Sleep.
