For the eighth time I want to change the password to set up my Fitbit

Customer: When you go to set up your Fitbit it asks for your password and I can’t find any record of my having given you a password. And so as a result anything I put in it won’t except and my question is how can I get it to accept a new password so I can finish setting up my Fitbit

Customer: I don’t know it so I guess I forgot it because I don’t remember putting it in. I had gotten a different job type of eight bit but it wasn’t a Fitbit and so that’s the only time I can think that when we were trying to set it up that I might’ve put in a password

  1. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap Log In then Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Email. An email is sent to the email address you entered. If you don’t receive the email, it’s possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your email folders.
  4. Click the link in the password reset email. This link takes you to Fitbit mobile website.
  5. Enter your new password and tap Set.
  6. Return to the Fitbit app and log in using your new password.

Customer: I can’t really do it at the same time and read the instructions that I’m aware of. I have a new iPhone and I’ve always had androids before and so I don’t trust anything that I really deal with it sorry I’ve been worse than somebody that doesn’t know what they’re doing

  1. Go to fitbit.com/login.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Send.
  4. Click the link in the password reset email.
  5. Enter your new password and click Set.

Customer: Yes I put in my email and it asked for up of password and I said that I needed one then it gave me the password recovery and it says need help alternate ways to recover your account email so I put my email and then it says send instructions and when I click on that it doesn’t do anything

Customer: Yeah they said that we received a request reset your password and I got for a new password so I’m gonna do that
Customer: OK I’m in and it says Fitbit is more fun with friends how did you sleep and 25,000 steps now how does that sync with my Fitbit itself
Customer: I think I figured it out do I now go to the Fitbit on where I’m talking to you and put my Fitbit right up next to my phone

Customer: No I think I know now how to sync it but that’s what I was talking about when I said put my new Fitbit next to my phone so that it will sync on the to but I got to go into that app that for setting it up on my phone correct
