Noted, thank you!
Turn on the power of your HP DeskJet 3752. Then ensure that there are white paper loaded in the input tray. Open the cartridge access door and wait for the ink carriage to move to the center of the machine. In order to remove the used ink cartridge, push it inward until it pop out of its slot.

Customer Replay

Is that why the yellow light is flashing

banner 3

Yes, the light indicates that cartridges are low on ink or there's an issue with them

Customer Replay

I'm having trouble pushing the cartridge in order

Could you please tell me if you're unable to push it into the slot?

Customer Replay

What slot

Could you please tell me what exactly you're experiencing troubles with?

Customer Replay

Printer will not print from a picture
It used to do that before

banner 6

Okay. And what exactly you're unable to do while changing the cartridge?

Customer Replay

Remove the old one
Do I need to unscrew anything

No, there should be an ink cartridge access door

I have the access door open
Do I press the cartridge upward or downward or just in Word

Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
Gently press down on the ink cartridge to release it, and then pull the ink cartridge out of its slot.

Customer Replay

Okay I got it now can I replace the color cartridge with a black and white cartridge

banner 9

Yes, display on printer will show low or no color ink in cartridge but as long as their is ink in your black ink cartridge you will be okay
Place the ink cartridge into its slot. Lock it into place by firmly pushing on it.
Repeat the previous steps for any other cartridges that you wish to replace.
Close the cartridge access door. You may print an alignment page to test the quality of the cartridge.

Customer Replay

The black and white cartridge does not fit in the color cartridge slot

In this case, please do not try to fit one in the slot
You need to only put them in the corresponding slots

Customer Replay

Okay but now I am having difficulty removing the black and white cartridge

Did you install them in the color ink slots?

Customer Replay

The color and Slot is empty

Noted, thank you

Customer Replay

I'm still trying to remove the black and white cartridge

Sure. Have you tried pressing down on them?

Customer Replay

Yeah it's not working
Got it

Did you manage to take them out?

Customer Replay

Yeah now I'm having problems installing the black and white cartridge

Try to firmly press it into the slot
It might require more pressure

Customer Replay

If I get it end installed will it work with only the black and white cartridge

Sure! Your printer will show that the color slots are empty, however, you'll be able to print in black and white

Customer Replay

Okay then I guess all I have to do is install the black and white cartridge and I'm all set thanks

Yes, that should do it :)
I’m glad I was able to get that sorted out for you. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

Customer Replay

What is that yellow light for

The yellow light indicates that cartridges are low on ink or there's an issue with them. If the color ink is missing, the yellow light will also be present

Customer Replay

Will the printer still work with the light on

Sure, absolutely

Customer Replay

Okay thank you very much

You're most welcome!
