Nice to meet you, *****!
Seems you have just to clean your voice mailbox if it's overflowing. On which device do you have this problem?

Customer Replay

It's been half an hour. Is anything happening?
That's justs what I want to do but I CANT clear my voice mailbox because I can't access it!

We are Howly - an online expert question-and-answer website that connects users with verified technical experts that can assist with any tech-related issue. We're not affiliated with Spectrum, we provide assistance regarding matters on the platform, but we don't have access to their databases, and therefore, can't change anything from our side. Thanks for clarifying

Customer Replay

I've been on this call with you for well over half an hour -- should I give up? Do you have any idea whom to call at Spectrum? Thank you

author

Please, try this:
To delete a Spectrum Voicemail message, you just need to press 3 on your home phone. Note that this is after you are done listening to the message.
Therefore you will have to dial *99. Enter your pin and select the voice message you wish to delete. If you want to delete a message after listening to it, then press 3 when the recorded message is done playing.

Thank you.

Thanks too :)

That gets the message off my phone, but not off the spectrum site, where they just pile up if I can't access my voice mailbox. And now it's so full I can't get any messages. Do you have any idea whom I should contact about this?

author

To listen to, save or delete voicemail messages online:

  1. Sign in. ---> https://www.spectrum.net/login <----
  2. Select Home Phone at the top right. You’ll be taken to the Voice Online Manager platform.
  3. Select the Voicemails tab. From here you can:

Listen to your messages.
Mark or filter your voicemails as Heard or Unheard.
Download voicemails to your computer.
---> Delete your messages <---

that's where I started. It won't let me access my voice mailbox. Says cookies may be the problem, but I get no help doing anything about cookies.
I just tried it again -- same problem

Could you please try to use another browser?
