Please, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your Sonos app
  2. From the Settings tab, select System > Network > SonosNet Channel.
  3. Change the wireless channel to 1, 6, or 11.

I have Apple computer. I went ti SERVICE SETTINGS But no network tab?

Ok I just went my iPhone and got there. It says Channel 6
