Somebody has created a second account copying even my photo

You can report that account.
To report a Facebook account or Page that's pretending to be me or someone else:
Go to the impersonating profile or Page.
Click below the cover photo.
If you're reporting a Page, select Find Support or Report Page.
Follow the on-screen instructions for impersonation to file a report.

I dont have this Window when I click. I can identify the photo... but the photo is the same one which is on my original account...

On that account > Tap from the top right and select Find support or report Page.
Select Scams and Fake Pages.
Select the option that best describes the impersonating Page.
Tap Next.
