I understood!
Whenever you install a new ink cartridge, the HP product prompts you to load the paper so you can complete an ink cartridge alignment. Follow these steps to load paper into the product.

  1. If the product is not already on, press the Power button to turn it on.
  2. Lift the paper tray.
  3. Lower the output tray, and then pull the tray extender out.
  4. Slide the paper width guide to its outermost position.
  5. Load unused, plain white, U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the tray with the short edge forward and the print side up.

Finally, please slide the paper width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the paper but does not bend the paper.

Remove and replace the cartridge:

  • If the product is not already on, press the Power button to turn it on.
  • Open the ink cartridge door, and then wait for the carriage to move to the center of the product.
  • Press down lightly on the ink cartridge that you want to replace to release it, and then pull it toward you out of its slot.

Then:

  • Remove the new ink cartridge from its package.
  • Use the pink pull tab to remove the plastic protective tape from the new ink cartridge
  • Slide the new cartridge into its slot until it snaps firmly into place.
    The tri-color ink cartridge goes in the slot on the left
    The black ink cartridge goes in the slot on the right

no it is a newprinter i had an epsom i have manage to connect to the wfi

To install HP Smart please do the following:

  1. Download the HP Smart app from Microsoft Store :
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hp-smart/9wzdncrfhwlh
  2. If you are setting up HP Smart for the first time, you must create or sign in to an HP account to access all printer functions.
  3. In HP Smart, click Add Printer or the plus sign to search for the printer, and then follow the instructions to complete the setup.
