tv only goes off if it's unplugged, when it is plugged in, only nbc news is on, when I try the source button on the remote the only mess is: "not available" This happened very suddenly last night in the middle of a movie I purchased on Amazon prime.

Let's try to reboot your TV:
Restart the using the menu.
- On the remote: Press → Settings → System → Restart → Restart. Press HOME → navigate to Settings → About → Restart → Restart.
