My printer HP ENVY 6400 keeps saying Printer Busy

Short summary:

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Hmm, my printer sometimes displays the 'Printer Busy' message too. It can be a bit frustrating, but overall it's a decent printer 🖨️

I had the 'Printer Busy' issue too, but I found that updating the printer's firmware solved the problem for me.
