What troubleshooting have you done so far?

plz be patient with me...I'm not tech saavy
I believe the PC is stuck on a que
I unplugged printer and it keeps printing the last thing I printed on my PC

Please try to follow these steps:
Right-click Windows 10 start icon.
Select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.

You should see the list of devices or just one of them in that menu. Find the name of your printer there
Right-click your product name, select See what's printing, and select your product name again, if necessary.
Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.

it won't R-click. when i L-click it shows Open que, Manage, Remove device. I also noticed it is OFFLINE

Click on your printer name. In the Epson print queue, select Printer and deselect the Use Printer Offline checkbox.

Please try to come back to this menu first:
Right-click Windows 10 start icon.
Select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
Find your printer name, click on it
