I used the HP app on my computer, there is a flashing blue light as well on the printer and it is offline

I ALSO CALLED MY INTERNET PROVIDER AND THEY FOUND NO PROBLEM ON THEIR END

What is network wizard
- Go to the home screen on your printer
- Scroll to the right to set up.
- Then choose Network
- Tap Network Wizard
- Follow the prompts to make it find your network again.
It's default troubleshooting algorithm installed on your printer.
Check it and let me know about the results.
