I used the HP app on my computer, there is a flashing blue light as well on the printer and it is offline

I ALSO CALLED MY INTERNET PROVIDER AND THEY FOUND NO PROBLEM ON THEIR END

What is network wizard

1. Go to the home screen on your printer
2. Scroll to the right to set up.
3. Then choose Network
4. Tap Network Wizard
5. Follow the prompts to make it find your network again.
It's default troubleshooting algorithm installed on your printer.
Check it and let me know about the results.
