My phone is saying it has been deactivated

I want to activate it again but cannot call out. I though I had it on automatic refill

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Do you receive an SMS saying that your phone is deactivated?

When I try to make calls it says your phone has been deactivated. How can I resolve this? I thought I was on automatic paymnet but I guess something happened.
That is what is said every time I try to use it.

Which mobile carrier is assigned to this number?

But can you please just tell me what mobile provider you have?

Is that a number on the back of the phone?

No, is it AT&T or Verizon. The company that receives your payments for cellular service
Or another company. Which one is that?

It is Straight Talk

To reactivate your Straight Talk phone please go to www.straighttalk.com/Activate. You will need to enter either a Service Card PIN or a credit or debit card with the Visa/Master Card logo, in addition to your phone information and zip code.

I got it reactivated by following the steps. Thank you so very much for your help.

I’m glad I was able to get that sorted out for you. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
