Please try to follow this instruction:
1. Press the [POWER] button on the DVD player to turn it on.
2. Press the [OPEN/CLOSE] button to open the disc tray.
3. Press the number button “ 5 ” on the remote control 4 times. Well it didn’t turn off and the dvd is open
