To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Did you try to restart both your laptop and Wi-Fi router?

Can you do it this way:

  1. Turn off your laptop and then turn it on.
  2. Turn off your Wi-Fi router, and leave it like this for 2 minutes. Turn it back on.
  3. Try to connect to it again.

I am not asking to click on the 'Connect' button anymore, *****.
Un-check the 'Connect automatically' field and click on any other network. Try to connect to it. I know it will fail as they are not yours.
After this. Choose your network again and let me know what do you see.
