My kindle will not scroll when in store

To see whether a Kindle Book is incompatible with your device or app, look for a Kindle restrictions link under "Formats" on the ebook's details page.
where do i find the details page
In the bookstore.
Please, find the settings of the search.
it only lists payment method and country/region under store settings
they are up to date
Please, try to do this, on the Home Page:
- Tap the top of the page arrow open the top menu.
- If the Plane Icon is ON tap this icon.
- Close the Menu using the arrow at the bottom.
- On the Home page you should now see a Wi-Fi Icon at the top.
And then try to search the books again.
