My iPhone is unable to cast to my tv

Do you receive any error messages when trying to cast?

I don’t know the issue it’s not the tv cause it’s been happening on every screen
its definitely my phone

Have you tried any troubleshooting by yourself before contacting us?

No apart from turning wifi on and off on my phone

Please, try to do the following:

  1. Turn off your wifi router for 15 seconds
  2. While it is restarting -> reboot your phone and restart the TV
  3. Turn on the router and connect both your devices to Wifi
