My Epson WF-4833 pro printer is jammed and i cannot reach the paper

Short summary:

Check the printer prompt for ways to unjam.
If the prompt did not work, turn the printer around to locate the back cover.

Well the printer has prompted me ways to unjam in and well neither of those have worked. I think the jam is at the top below the scanner but i cannot reach any further.

Please, follow these instructions:

Turn your printer around.
You'll see a back cover there, you'll need to push with two fingers together to unlock it.
Remove the cover and check if you see any paper stuck there.
