I would like to change my gamertag on my microsoft account on minecraft
Short summary:

My laptop is already set on Namibia, it's just when I try to pay through the Xbox app or the microsoft website that it is set on USA and I can't change it
If your region set to Namibia, the Xbox app should respond the same. Please doublecheck it

So, it is now letting me change country, which is weird because i just re-entered Namibia as my region on my microsoft account, but Namibia is still not an option.

Okay, so I just changed my country to the UK and for some reason the transaction went through, it just would'nt work with the USA. I'm so sorry for the whole situation. Thanks so muvh

So the payment went through but the user name hasn't changed. I signed out and and back in, closed the xbox app but my old username is still in use
