I was hacked by someone over the phone who deleted my Facebook page so I have to start again with a new one

My old one still exists but I can only access it by doing a name search which brings me only to the public part not my news feed. Is it possible to get it back?

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

  4. Send a recovery code to your phone or email address.
  5. Enter the code carefully, without spaces or other symbols and press "Continue".

It's okay, you can send it your email.
Please let me know how it is going.

When I go to the site you suggested it takes me to my new blank Facebook page. There is no place to search using my email

Do you have 'Forgot password' button on that page under your account?

Customer Replay

no because when I had that I was able to put in a new password.

What happened after you put in a new password?

Customer Replay

it took me to a new blank page with my name on it

Do you have any options or messages on that blank page?

Customer Replay

it is set up for me to create a new Facebook identity. I had one message from someone who has been harassing me for a while whom I don’t know but that was it
