I want to remove the passcode on my iphone can you help?
Short summary:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap on "Face ID & Passcode" and enter your current passcode.

Please do the following to unlock your iPhone:
- From Lock Screen, try to enter your passcode five times until the "iPhone Unavailable" screen appears and your device asks you to try again later.
- When you're able to, continue to enter your passcode until the "Security Lockout" screen appears and you get the Erase iPhone option in the bottom corner of the screen.
- Tap Erase iPhone, then tap Erase iPhone again to confirm.
- Enter your Apple ID password to sign out of your Apple ID on your iPhone.
- Tap Erase iPhone to permanently delete all of your data and settings.
- When your device restarts, follow the onscreen instructions to set up your device again, restore your data and settings from a backup, and set a new passcode.

Lock screen is the screen which asks you to enter the password.

- You need to visit the website and then download the app.
- When it's downloaded you need to open it and it will install.
- When the installation is complete, you need to open the app and then connect your phone with a charger to your computer, through USB.
