I replaced all of my ink cartridges this morning and now my printer will not print anything

Please click on the Windows logo in the bottom left corner then click on "Devices and Printers" in the sidebar.
Do you see your printer on that screen now?

You can check it by following these instructions:
Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > About . Open About settings.
At the right, under Device specifications, see System type.

Let's also try to print the test page from the printer itself:
From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard. Touch the Setup icon , and then go to Reports > Print Quality Report

Now let's try to clean the printheads:
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue. A test page prints.
Examine the test page.

Let's try to restore the factory settings on your printer:
1. Touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the dashboard on the printer control
panel
2. Select “Setup” and then select “Printer Maintenance”
3. Select “Restore” and then select “Restore Factory Defaults”
4. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
5. Select “Restore” to finish the reset process

i clicked clean heads again and it printed a page this time
the black letters are clear and it printed blue yellow and green boxes at the bottom of the page

Great! It seems to me that the printheads were dirty so cleaning them solved the issue
