I need someone who knows about phone hacking, pc hacking

Phone was hacked and factory reset. May be under hacker's wi-fi. PC Google accounts a mess. ----99 percent sure hacked by person who keyed my vehicle, vandalised my home

I tried to sign up with Upworks - they had an account with my gmail - but I never opened one.
Also I recently opened another Gmail account so I could use it for specific sites.

From my side, I can't check anything, *****. You need to do it yourself. I'll follow your instructions in this chat.
On your computer: Select the Start button, then type settings Network and Sharing Center and click on it
Next to Connections, you'll see your Wi-Fi network name

Yes - I unplugged it today to see if my phone would hook up. It didn;t, but my tablet is on Xfinity wi fi

When I try to put the password in for mine - it just sits there and doesn't even try to send it

I need step by step and/or apps to know/prevent hacking. Not sure if you can recommend a site. AND = what can I do about Upworks - I tried throught the site, thru Messenger - finally put a post on FB saying it was a fraud account with my email, but got nothing back

My phone was hacked, I tried to open an account as a client with your company and found my email is already in use. That account is fraudulent. I can be called thru FB Messenger
