I just deleted my Instagram account

How can I retrieve it? I have an Andoid Note 20 and installed another Instagram download ap since the other one stopped working.

Just the app I think but I had to submit new information when I couldn't access my old account on the new app.

Please follow these instructions:

From the login screen inside the Instagram app, tap "Forgotten password?". Select your Username, put it in the field, then tap Next.
After that you'll see a screen with a linked email and phone number
Select one of these options and you should receive a confirmation code to your email or phone number.
