I just bought new pixel 7 pro, i can't pair my 2 bose speakers to cell

I have followed directions but when i click the correct devices nothing happens

Short summary:

  1. Check for error messages on your device.
  2. Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth.
  3. Open the Bluetooth menu and look for the Bose speakers.
  4. Ensure the speakers are in pairing mode (blinking light, "ready to connect" message).
  5. Tap on the speaker's name in the Bluetooth device list.
  6. If no connection, reboot your phone and try again.
  7. Test connecting the speakers to another Bluetooth-capable device.
  8. Reset network settings (optional) and retry pairing.
  9. To play music on both speakers, follow the provided instructions.

Do you have the Bose speakers in the Bluetooth devices list?

Customer Replay

What list?

In the Bluetooth menu, there is a list of devices available for connection. Do you have your speakers displayed there?

Customer Replay

Yes.

Ok, good. Are your Speakers in the pairing mode currently?

Customer Replay

How do you mean that?

Do you have the light blinking on your speaker?

Customer Replay

Yes. and the speaker sez 'ready to connect'

Alrighty, got it.
So when you are pressing on the speaker's name displayed in the list - nothing is happening, correct?

Customer Replay

Yes. bluetooth light is blinking
when i press on device name a message sez pairing

Ok, and nothing after that? No sound notifications from the speaker and no device name appeared in "Paired" list, right?

Customer Replay

correct

Ok, roger that.
Try to reboot your phone.
It should reset and fix the Bluetooth module.

Customer Replay

how do i reboot?

Press and hold the Power/Block button on your phone until the Reboot/Power Off slider will appear.

Customer Replay

i just restarted

Ok, good.
Try to pair again.

Customer Replay

I tried again. Just like before. Nothing

Understood.
Do you have any other device capable of Bluetooth connections?

Customer Replay

yes. my older galaxy a10e can connect to either.

Ok, try to connect to it then, to pinpoint the source of the issue.

Customer Replay

ok

Notify me when you're done.

Customer Replay

I can connect to galaxy A10e

Top answer

Alright, noted.
Ok, here's one more possible solution.

  • On your Pixel navigate to Settings > System > Reset > Reset
  • Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth > Press "Reset" and confirm.
  • Then try to pair again.
Customer Replay

will do

Take your time.

Customer Replay

I just got it working. Yippie!

I’m glad I was able to get that sorted out for you. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

Customer Replay

Yes. Is it possible to play music out of both my speakers?

Top answer
  • Try to press and hold the Bluetooth and + buttons on the speaker currently connected to your phone. Release when you will hear a tone.
  • Then press and hold the Bluetooth and - buttons on the other speaker till you hear a tone.
  • Then speakers should say "Party mode" if the connection is successful.
Customer Replay

still trying

Were there any sounds when pressing B and +?

Customer Replay

I got it to work as well. Yippie again!!!

Super!
Is there anything else I can do for you today?

Customer Replay

Not for today. I will be working on the photo parts next weekend. Mabey I'll talk with you then. Thank you for your patience.
